This hotel is situated in a very convenient location near the fair center, making it easy to access events and activities. The rooms are spacious with plenty of useful space, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and found the dining area to be quite spacious as well. The car parking facility and valet service were also a plus.

The lack of welcoming services was quite noticeable, as water in the room was not provided without payment.

This hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the main attractions and with a great view of the city. The complimentary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi were also a great added bonus. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Our experience was let down by a lack of cleanliness in our room and a few miscommunications with the staff. The room was not cleaned to our satisfaction and we had to request additional cleaning. Additionally, some of the staff members did not speak English very well, which made it difficult to request certain services. These issues could be improved to make for a more comfortable stay.
